Bye bye mullet

When we were waiting for Lindy's referral we (probably more I) were concerned about getting a baby with crazy hair that stood up all over the place. For those of you who think Chinese girls all come with sleek, silky bobs--they don't. Well, she didn't have the crazy stick up hair but instead she has super fine, slow growing hair and we (probably more I) have been concerned it won't EVER fill in. Sure, her hair has grown--but more in the back than in the front. In fact, you could say it had developed into a very fine mullet.

So, we finally decided it was time to do something about it. We rushed to Toon Klips this morning to be the first in line so Lindy could have her first haircut and get rid of her outdated hairdo.

As usual, it was hard to document the event because she was so wiggly. She did okay and only cried a little bit, mainly because she was being restrained against her will.
Here are some pictures...

"Crazy Asian Hair", huh? You wouldn't happen to be talking about our Hunan beauty now, would you? The one who now has long, luxurious locks? ;)

We have so enjoyed following this past year with sweet Lindy. The year flew by, didn't it? We hope that one day she and Olivia can meet!

Happy Easter!
